Eligibility Criteria:

  • Open to both local and international delegates.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Each participant may submit more than one abstract as the presenting author.
  • Kindly note that poster abstracts will not be accepted for this conference.
  • At least one author must register for the conference if the abstract is accepted.
  • Conference registration payment must be received before the deadline to ensure publication in the e-abstract book.
  • Abstracts submitted must follow the abstract submission guidelines, instructions and required information as stated. The AMCADS 2025 Scientific Committee reserves the rights to disqualify the abstract if any needs are not met.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstract Format:
    1. Structure: The abstract should follow the below sub-headings.
    2. Word count: Max 300 words; abstract must fit on ONE page.
    3. Font: Times New Roman, size 11.
    4. Tables, graphs and images are not permitted.
    5. File Format: Word document (doc or .docx), maximum size 2.5MB.
    6. The online submission system will close at midnight GMT+8 on the submission deadline stated above.
    7. Kindly use the template provided as above.
    8. Encore Abstracts:
      • Encore Abstracts are abstracts that have recently been presented at other meetings or recently published.
      • Authors must supply information regarding the original presentation, indicating the name of the meeting and publication number at the time of submission.
      • They can be submitted and will be subject to the reviewing process on the suitability of the topic presented for the conference.

Please ensure that your abstract does not contain spelling, grammatical or scientific errors, as it will be published in the e-abstract/e-programme book exactly as submitted.

Submission instructions:

  • All abstracts must be submitted online only via the official website: www.amcads.com
  • Submissions via post, email, or fax will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts must follow the official submission format and guidelines.
  • Abstracts received by 31 August 2025 are eligible for Aesthetic Think Tank Oral Presentation.

Review & Presentation:

  • All submissions undergo peer review by expert panelists.
  • Selected abstracts will be invited for a 10-minute oral presentation (7 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&A).
  • The committee reserves the right to re-categorize abstracts and all decisions are final and non-negotiable.
  • Abstracts will be published in the e-abstract/e-programme book exactly as submitted.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring accuracy and clarity.
